School Organization Team (SOT) A school organizational team is a group of members of a school community that serves as an advisory body to the school principal by providing advice and assistance to the principal as it relates to the development and carrying out of the School Plan of Operation. School organizational teams consist of voting members: the school principal, 2 licensed staff members, 1 educational support professional, and 4 parents. You must be available to meet once monthly via Google Meet. Un equipo organizativo escolar es un grupo de miembros de una comunidad escolar que sirve como órgano asesor del director de la escuela brindándole asesoramiento y asistencia en lo que se refiere al desarrollo y ejecución del Plan de Operación Escolar. Los equipos de organización escolar están formados por miembros votantes: el director de la escuela, 2 miembros del personal autorizado, 1 profesional de apoyo educativo y 4 padres. Debe estar disponible para reunirse una vez al mes a través de Google Meet.
