Zoning and Enrollment

Open Enrollment in CCSD Schools where seats are available.

Applications for open enrollment seats are submitted electronically prior to the January deadline for attendance in the next school year. Information is available about this process at every school office or on the CCSD website.

Enrollment Process

Online Registration 

If you are new to CCSD please visit the Online Registration site, available in English & Spanish. If you are returning to CCSD you can complete the Online Registration through Infinite Campus.

Parents are required to complete Online Registration for each school year. This is must be completed annually prior to the start of the school year.  This is where parents update emergency contact information, change addresses, update cell numbers, and confirm email addresses. 

Also, parents have the opportunity to complete the AUP which not only gives the school permission to include your student’s image in the Yearbook, but also gives the school permission for your student to have access to a school computer and utilize a Google account.  Students are required to have parent/guardian permission each school year to access these District network resources. 

Remember: (1) Students with an AUP marked as “Yes” are enabled. (2) Students with an AUP marked as "No" are not enabled, and if found to be enabled, will be disabled.

• Immunization Record
• Proof of address

Your ID

Personal identification of parent/guardian (driver's license, picture identification, etc.) bearing your name.

Child's ID

Please bring ONE of the following (photocopies will not be accepted):

• Original birth certificate
• Passport
• Certified birth card issued by the Clark County Health District or another health district.

Immunization Record

Up-to-date medical records indicating that your child has had, or at least started, the following series of immunizations:

• Four DPT shots (but one more if last dose was given before 4th birthday)
• Three polio doses (but one more if last dose was given before 4th birthday)
• Two MMR shots (one dose must be given on or after the 1st birthday)
• A child enrolling in seventh grade is required to have the Bordetella Pertussis vaccine ("Tdap"). The child must receive at least one dose of a Bordetella Pertussis-containing vaccine after age 10.

For student new to Nevada schools:

• Two Hepatitis A shots (2nd dose must be given at least 6 months after the 1st dose).
• Three Hepatitis B shots (must have a minimum of 4 months between 1st and 3rd dose).
• One chicken pox (Varicella) shot (must be given at 12 months of age or older; 2 doses required one month apart for children receiving first dose on or after age 13 years). Physician verification required if student has had the chicken pox disease.

Proof of address

You must bring one of the following:

• Recent utility bill
• Rent receipt
• Residence Lease or Sales Contract

Note: If you only have a sales contract for the purchase of a new home as proof of address, the school will enroll your child on the condition that one additional proof of address from the above list is submitted within 30 days. Driver's license, telephone bill or cable bill are NOT acceptable.

If you are living with a friend or relative because of economic hardship you will need to bring to the school site, a notarized letter signed by the owner/renter stating that their address is your place of residence.
