How New IBMYP Students Register

Registration for new IBMYP students will take place as follows:

  1. After notification of a seat in the IBMYP by CCSD and their receipt of the Letter of Intent from the applicant, a list of all new IBMYP students is sent to Martin Middle School. Registration information will be emailed to the email used in creating your Magnet Application.
     
  2. CCSD Online Registration must be completed.
     
  3. Parents/Guardians should submit the following items to complete registration:
  • Parent picture ID
  • 1 proof of address (proof of address and address on parent picture ID must match). It can be current light, water, or gas bill; lease agreement or home sales contract with name and address listed; current rent receipt or mortgage statement with name and address listed.
  • Immunization records for 7th graders only

*If living with someone else, parent(s) will also need a notarized letter from the person whose name appears on the bill.

**If coming from private school, out-of-district, etc. also bring:

  • copy of birth certificate
  • copy of shot record
